Hey Friends,

Happy October: sweaters are on, candles are lit and we’re sipping our second latte of the day. It’s autumn aka cozy time, and we couldn’t be happier. Nora Jones is on repeat, we’re 12 days away from our first friendsgiving dinner at Endswell Farm, and the crisp sunny mornings have been filling our cups as of late.

We’re officially 10 months into being Airbnb hosts and couldn’t be prouder of this little community we’ve built:

• We just received our 68th review 🥰

• We’re making new friends every week 🤩 

• We are still enjoying goodies from the garden 🪴

• We’ve finished planting some new grass 🍀

• We just cleaned our gutters 🍂 

• And we’re officially making fresh bread at home now (#bowenbakery) 🍞 

It’s been such a joy to pause today and reflect on what the last couple of months have held. Though there have been some long days, we still consider every day a joy to be on this little adventure of hosting guests.

• Elizabeth Ho | Birdhouse Bake Shop – Baker and storyteller, creating pastries that blend memory, playfulness, and care.

• BowenAirbnb – The airbnb couple half decent at lighting candles and making cortados ;)
